Virus for Macs are like Gnomes: most of the people do not believe that they exist, but who believe, never has seen one.

Somes Anti-Virus's  manufacturers, once in a while says that Mac equipment could be in risk of virus attack. But commig from then, the warning it's not so trustworthy.

Mainly when some manufacturers like Symantec, it makes warnings that soon are denied and are in ridiculous situation.

Posibily some of yours remember to Mr. Jack Campbell, CEO of DVForge, a company that make Mac peripherals. So, three years ago, after a rumors of the mentioned Anti-Virus's manufacturers, Mr. Campbell decided to compensate with 25.000 dolars, who can infect one of their Mac computers with a virus.

But if who could infect its Mac were an employee of Symantec, Mr. Campbell it would give him 50.000 dolars.

Three years later noboby has seen any virus, and of course Symantec either have seen one dolars from Mr. Campbell.

At last, for this Anti-Virus manufacturers those 50.000 dolars are like Gnomes: Everybody has listened about it, but no one have seen one cent.
